What this site stores on your device

This build sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. It uses your browser's local storage for functional items only, none of which leave your device:

• Your tray — the swatches and cuts you have picked.
• Your theme choice — light or dark.
• Your consent choice — so the banner does not ask again.
• Demo session and chat — the demonstration sign-in and the Buddy conversation, which in this build exist only in your browser.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. The banner's “Essential only” is honest: there is currently nothing non-essential to refuse. If analytics are ever added they will run only after an explicit Accept.

What is transmitted, and to whom

• Swatch requests and cut lists open a pre-filled message in your own email app, addressed to fabric35@hotmail.com. Nothing is stored on this website; you see the full message before you choose to send it.
• If a real checkout is wired later, payment would complete on the store's commerce platform under that platform's own privacy policy. This site would never see card numbers.
• No email marketing without consent. Under CASL you will only receive commercial email from the shop if you have expressly opted in, and every message must include a working unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information the shop holds about you, ask for a correction, or withdraw consent. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
