Shipping rates — Canada and USA

Over CD$100 is free shipping / Over US$100 is free shipping — published for both.
Ships worldwide with some product restrictions. Shipping includes handling, insurance and packing; weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.
Returns
- No returns on cut, dyed or washed fabric; home décor swatches; custom orders; or clearance items.
- Returns are credited within 30 days of delivery, to the original payment method, processed in 2–3 weeks.
- Sale items cannot be refunded — only regular-priced merchandise qualifies.
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost, to 530 Keele St # 305, Toronto ON M6N 3C9. Tracking recommended over $75; receipt of returns is not guaranteed.
USA customers — the shop’s own notice, verbatim in substance. “Currently the United States is upholding a tariff for Canadian goods being shipped to the United States, including our merchandise.”
- An additional courier charge of approximately $27 CAD applies to shipping.
- A 45% tariff on the purchase price is added at checkout — displayed as a handling fee because of a website limitation.
- Orders over $500 CAD: 30% of the duty fee refunded. Over $1,000 CAD: 50% refunded.
- Free shipping still applies over $100 CAD.
- All tariffs are processed through the store; there are no additional fees in transit.
Why the policy reads the way it does
Cut goods are not stock goods. Once a length is cut off the roll it cannot go back on it, which is why the swatch exists, why cut fabric is excluded from returns, and why the counter would rather answer a question before you buy than take a return after.
